It is known that express or next day shipping are large contributors to the carbon emissions worldwide and the climate crisis. While standard shipping is a little longer than express, we think it is an important step in lowering our carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

How much is worldwide shipping?

We deliver FREE* world-wide standard shipping. Delivery is fast and straightforward. Please take note of the information regarding methods of payment, delivery costs and delivery times for international orders. For additional questions, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

How long the delivery will take depends on the method of delivery you selected.

Please check the details in the shopping cart on the Payment and Shipping page. There, you can select between various shipping companies and see how long the estimated delivery times are for your order.

  • Within the EU and US, deliver usually takes 3 to 10 working days.
  • For deliveries outside the EU and US, deliveries usually take 14 to 20 working days. Please note that the delivery time depends on the delivery method you selected.

We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

No investigation request can be made when in the delivery is transit. You can, however, sometimes follow the status of the delivery on-line, depending upon the shipping company concerned.

Will I get a tracking number?

All orders are fulfilled the same day as the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for this tracking code to activate.

Please note: We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you have entered the wrong address for delivery, please be sure to contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to correct it prior to dispatch.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address or delivery destination. Due to this error, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the order. If this is occurred, please contact your local post office to redirect this parcel to your correct address. 

*Please be sure to enter the correct and full address at check out in order to avoid delivery issues or undeliverable orders.
