At Airodo, we are committed to the health and safety of our staff and community. In order to play our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 and keep our employees & their families safe, we have temporarily reduced our workshop capacity. As a result, returns may take longer than usual to process.

If you would like to have your ring resized, please use our Request Resizing Form.

If you would like to send your item in for repair, please use our Request Repair Form.

Complete this form only if you would like to return an item you have purchased from Airodo for a refund. For all other requests please email us at a@airodo.com.

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be in a new and unworn condition, have the plastic jewelry tag still attached, and returned within 99 days of the original shipment date.
